ClassLiq Closure
ClassLiq Cap is a Double tamper evident proof cap with perfect combination of Plastic (poly carbonate) & Aluminum with non refillable plastic pourer & is compatible on specified glass bottles.

The Wine Screw closures are perfectly suited for bottling of wines which are regularly packed in BVS finish neck bottles.

Our oil closures have been specifically developed to provide easy and comfortable pouring ability for our oil based clientele with anti drip technology.
Caps Manufacturing Process
Printing Process
At present we have 3 state of the art printing machine with drying ovens. which have the capacity of producing 15000 sheets/ day in 8 hour shift equivalent to 4.5 tons of printing / day.
Punching Process
After sheets are cut in the cutting department these are transferred to the punching department where these sheets are converted into caps with help of punches.
Knurling Process
After going through printing the caps are transferred to the moon department where knurling, embossing, chamfering is done and the final cap is transferred to the wadding department.
Side Printing Options
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil.
Wadding Process
We use 3 types of wad i.e EPE liners, saranex liners, saran+ tin liners.
Packaging
Dispatch
After through quality checks, the finished product is dispatched from the factory through a FIFO system(First in First Out).
